Milk- 1 liter
Vinegar- 4 tbsp.
How to make
Heat the milk in a large pot. Mix 4 tablespoons of vinegar and equal amount of water together in a bowl. When the milk boils, turn off the stove. Now mix the vinegar and water mixture slowly with the milk. Keep stirring the milk while adding the vinegar. Wait for five minutes when the mixture is completely mixed. Within this period, the milk chicks will separate.
Strain the mixture through a thin cotton cloth and separate the chickpeas. Now wash the chicken with clean water. It will remove the smell of vinegar. Now tie the chick in a cloth like a putli and hang it for 1-2 hours. It will drain excess water. Now chick is ready.
