Why burst?
Hydrogen sulfide is produced when eggs are boiled. The protein contained in the white of the egg combines with the hydrogen in the water to form this gas. As the outside of the egg heats up, this gas moves into the egg and eventually bursts. So it is better to immerse the egg in cold water after boiling it.
Points to be observed while boiling eggs
While boiling the eggs, boil in a large pot. So that one egg does not collide with another egg. Add a little salt to the water while boiling the eggs. Stir occasionally. Remove from hot water and soak the eggs in cold water for a while. After removing the egg shell, you will see that it is easily separated from the shell.
Remove the eggs from the fridge and bring them to room temperature before boiling. Do not boil straight away from the fridge. Do not boil too many eggs at once.
